- I am a licensed psychologist in Washington State who is based out of Pullman, WA.  I am accepting new clients from both Washington and Idaho for telehealth counseling services. Telehealth services provide many benefits, including increased ease of access; meet in a comfortable, safe location of your choosing as long as it is private and has internet access.
